About Me

Here's a short video to help you get to know me. 

Yoga Classes

Having completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Goa, India in November 2023, I wanted to share the knowledge I had learnt with others and encourage more people to experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits that yoga can bring! I qualified in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga and now run an all abilities class every Thursday 18:30-19:30 at the Freemantle and Shirley Community Centre in Shirley, Southampton! The classes are pay as you go and no need to book on beforehand, just show up as you are with a mat! 

Holistic Therapy

I am currently qualified and offering Reiki & Theta healing sessions. Holistic healing therapies are considered complimentary therapies that can be used alongside other treatment such as medication or psychological therapies to help aid with symptom management or recovery.

I currently provide these treatments in Trinity House on Bedford Place in Southampton. 

Reiki:

Reiki is an eastern medicine technique that originated in Japan and aims to balance out a persons energy or life force through channelling universal energy, if our life energy isn't in harmony with ourself it can lead to feelings of tiredness, heaviness or anxiety and may manifest in physical symptoms such as pain. 

Reiki is primarily a hands off treatment that aids relaxation and some studies have shown can help improve anxiety and reduce symptoms such as pain in physical illness.  

Theta:

​Theta healing aims to guide a person and the practitioner into a Theta state (the brain waves right before we go to sleep). It aims to explore how a persons emotional energy affects their wellbeing. Theta can help with manifestation, breaking negative beliefs and help to release emotional trauma.
